Biographies

The Biographies are divided into sections.

First are the biographies of the Presidential Administration.  These include the President, Chief of Staff, and so on.

Second are the biographies of the Government, including the Prime Minister, his 2 1st Deputy Prime Ministers, and the 7 Deputy Prime Ministers.

Then comes the Russian Security Council, the National Anti-Terrorism Committee (NAK), the General Staff, and the Regional Envoys.
